Throughout my life, I have always set high expectations for myself, which have served as a great motivating factor in helping me become who I am today. I have had the good fortune of receiving all "A's" in high school, as well as in my 150 semester hours of college course work. My scholastic ability, however, has not been obtained without a great deal of personal effort. Through this effort, I have become a devoted University of Iowa scholar, developed advanced study habits, and have acquired a great desire to continue to seek academic challenges.
